My name is Lisa and I live in El Cerrito with my family. A few months ago, I left my corporate job to take care of my mom who recently had hip replacement surgery. While being her main caregiver, I realized how little support and help we have for elders as they age at home.
I decided I wanted to help and started offering companion care services for seniors in the community. I currently help a senior, 89 yo, who had a stroke 2 years ago to go on "buddy walks" to help him stay active and healthy.
I offer services such as companion walking buddies, drop-in visits and check-ins, transportation, laundry, meal prep, care management and coordination, buying groceries, and medication reminders.

Walking Buddies - $30 per 30 min walk
